  • Annual & D-Day schedules: definition of tasks to be carried out, management of D-Day and annual schedules
  • Budget & Finance: allocation and distribution of expenses, financial follow-up, management of deadlines…
  • Accommodations: proposal of hotels or other establishments, management of rooming lists, accompaniment & management of guests
  • Transportation: definition of circuits, proposal and management of pick-up points, accompaniment and management of guests

 

 

PRODUCTION

  • Proposal, Administrative & Financial Follow-up, Logistics Briefing & Management of Service Providers
  • Logistical visits to the wedding reception venue(s)
  • Proposal of Technical & Scenic Elements: tents, floors & coverings
  • Sound & Lights
  • Logistics management of service providers: setting up, assembly and dismantling of reception areas

DESIGN

  • Creation of Inspiration Board (Moodbard): Creation of universe, atmosphere & scenography (stationery, ceremony spaces, dinner)
  • Composition & Management of the artistic team: Graphic Designer, Floral Designer, etc…
  • Realization of the Project: Proposal of the Artistic Concept (flowers, tableware, tablecloths, lighting,…)
  • Proposal of the layout of the reception areas: 2D or 3D plans or drawings
