- Transportation: definition of circuits, proposal and management of pick-up points, accompaniment and management of guests
PRODUCTION
- Proposal, Administrative & Financial Follow-up, Logistics Briefing & Management of Service Providers
- Logistical visits to the wedding reception venue(s)
- Proposal of Technical & Scenic Elements: tents, floors & coverings
- Sound & Lights
- Logistics management of service providers: setting up, assembly and dismantling of reception areas
DESIGN
- Creation of Inspiration Board (Moodbard): Creation of universe, atmosphere & scenography (stationery, ceremony spaces, dinner)
- Composition & Management of the artistic team: Graphic Designer, Floral Designer, etc…
- Realization of the Project: Proposal of the Artistic Concept (flowers, tableware, tablecloths, lighting,…)
- Proposal of the layout of the reception areas: 2D or 3D plans or drawings
